Hello Everyone. When I weighed myself yesterday, I was at 212.6. That's not too bad, I've already been doing this for a week and I have lost 3 pounds.
I came back from the gym about half an hour ago and I weighted myself and I am at 211.2. I was hoping for 210 but I don't mind this either, at least I am not going back to 215, yay.
